TAY APP
Put TAY
on your device.
The TAY app is your member account, one tap from your Home Screen. Sign in on the device you want to use, then follow the steps for it below.
BEFORE YOU INSTALL
Sign in to your account first.
Sign in if you have a TAY account, or create one if you are new. Then use your browser’s install option. The steps for your device, below, show where to find it.
Do this on the device where you want TAY. The installed app opens at your member dashboard.
ANDROID GUIDE
Install on Android.
Use Google Chrome on your Android phone. Once installed, TAY sits with your other apps and opens in a window of its own.
Quick route
Sign in → Chrome ⋮ menu → Add to Home screen → Install
Open TAY in Chrome and sign in
Open this website in Chrome and sign in to your TAY account. If you are new, create your account first.
Open the Chrome menu
Tap the three dot menu at the right of Chrome’s address bar.
Choose the install option
Tap Add to Home screen, then Install. Some versions of Chrome show Install app in the menu instead.
Follow the prompt
Chrome may ask you to confirm once more. Follow what it shows to finish.
Open TAY from your apps
The TAY icon appears on your Home screen or in your app list. Tap it and TAY opens at your member dashboard.
If you do not see the option
If Chrome shows no install option, check that you are in Chrome itself, not a browser inside another app, and that Chrome is up to date.
IPHONE GUIDE
Install on iPhone.
Use Safari on your iPhone or iPad. Apple lets you add TAY to the Home Screen and open it as an app.
Quick route
Sign in → Safari Share → Add to Home Screen → Add
Open TAY in Safari and sign in
Open this website in Safari and sign in to your TAY account. If you are new, create your account first.
Open Share
Tap the Share button, the square with an arrow pointing up. On some versions of Safari it is under More.
Add to Home Screen
Scroll down through the Share options and tap Add to Home Screen.
Check the name
Keep the name as TAY or type the one you prefer. If you see Open as Web App, leave it switched on.
Tap Add
Tap Add. The TAY icon appears on your Home Screen; open it from there and TAY opens at your member dashboard. Sign in again if it asks. An app on the Home Screen keeps its own sign-in, apart from Safari’s.
Turn on notifications, if you want them
Notifications on iPhone and iPad need iOS 16.4 or later, and they only reach TAY opened from the Home Screen. Open TAY from its icon and turn them on in your notification settings.
If you do not see the option
If Add to Home Screen is missing, scroll to the bottom of the Share options and use Edit Actions to add it. It is only offered in Safari.
WINDOWS GUIDE
Install on Windows.
Use Google Chrome on Windows. TAY installs into a window of its own and starts from Windows like any other application.

Sign in → Chrome ⋮ menu → Cast, save and share → Install page as app
Open TAY in Chrome and sign in
Open this website in Chrome and sign in to your TAY account. If you are new, create your account first.
Open the Chrome menu
Click the three dot menu at the top right of Chrome.
Open Cast, save and share
Choose Cast, save and share from the menu.
Install page as app
Click Install page as app. Chrome may show it as Install TAY Athletics. Then confirm.
Start TAY from Windows
TAY is now in the Start menu, and you can pin it to the taskbar. It opens at your member dashboard.
If you do not see the option
The wording moves a little between versions of Chrome. If Chrome shows an install icon in the address bar, you can use that instead.
MAC GUIDE
Install on Mac.
Safari can turn TAY into an app on a Mac. It then starts from the Dock, Spotlight or Applications.
Quick route
Sign in → Safari Share → Add to Dock → Add
Open TAY in Safari and sign in
Open this website in Safari and sign in to your TAY account. If you are new, create your account first.
Open Share
Click the Share button in Safari’s toolbar. The same option is under File in the menu bar.
Choose Add to Dock
Select Add to Dock.
Check the name
Keep the name as TAY, or type the one you want to see on your Mac.
Click Add
Click Add. TAY is saved as an app and opens at your member dashboard from the Dock, Spotlight or Applications. Sign in again if it asks.
If you do not see the option
Add to Dock needs macOS Sonoma 14 or later. On an older Mac, use Chrome and follow the Windows guide: the menu and the option are the same.

It opens at your dashboard
The installed app starts at your member dashboard, with your membership, bookings and orders, not at the public website.
The same TAY account
There is nothing new to register. Sign in with the account you already use in the browser.
No app store
TAY installs from your browser, so there is no App Store or Play Store download, and it is up to date every time you open it.
Notifications, if you want them
Turn them on in your notification settings once you are signed in. Your inbox works either way.
