THE METHOD

Strength meets conditioning.

TAY training is built around deliberate work: resistance, conditioning and coached movement in the same performance environment. You train with structure, not guesswork.

  • Built in recovery

Hard work has a place. So does recovery. Sessions are structured to keep quality high from start to finish.

  • Balanced training

Strength, engine, movement quality and control all matter. The goal is a more complete athlete.

  • Clear structure

Know what you are training and why. Every block has a purpose and a progression.

  • Coach led

Technique, pace and load can be adjusted so the session still challenges you without becoming careless.

YOUR FIRST SESSION

Know the room before the work begins.

The first visit should feel focused, not confusing. Here is the rhythm from arrival to recovery.

A row of curved manual treadmills and rowing machines along a wall of full-height windows on a cardio floor.
  1. 01

    Arrive ready

Give yourself a few minutes to settle in, check the space and prepare without rushing.

  2. 02

    Bring the basics

Training kit, water and footwear you can move confidently in. Keep it simple and functional.

  3. 03

    Lock in

Get familiar with the equipment, your working area and the plan before the intensity rises.

  4. 04

    Train at your pace

Your effort should be demanding and controlled. Scale the load or pace when you need to.

  5. 05

    Recover well

Finish the session with enough control to recover, adapt and return ready for the next one.

THE SESSION

Two demands. One standard.

Switch between the two core sides of the TAY workout.

A curved manual treadmill at the front of a cardio floor, with exercise bikes and treadmills along a wall of windows.

Engine work

Build the engine.

What happens here
Intervals, steady efforts and controlled bursts challenge your capacity without turning the session into chaos.
Why it matters
Conditioning supports work rate, repeat effort and the ability to stay composed when the session gets uncomfortable.
Good to know
Pace is individual. You do not have to match the person beside you to train effectively.

STRENGTH FOCUSED

Skip the engine. Lift.

Some days call for focused resistance work. Keep the conditioning out and put your attention into technique, progressive load and quality repetitions.

  • Strength only
  • Coach guided
  • Progressive load
  • Technique first
  • Recovery aware

TRAINING RHYTHM

Plan for strength, conditioning and recovery.

TAY programming should not ask the same thing from your body every day. Training emphasis can rotate so strength, conditioning, movement quality and recovery each get space to develop.

  1. 01

    Upper strength

Push, pull and brace. Build stronger shoulders, back, chest and arms without losing movement quality.

  2. 02

    Lower strength

Squat, hinge and drive. Focus on the legs, hips and posterior chain that power athletic movement.

  3. 03

    Conditioning

Intervals and sustainable work to improve your engine and your ability to repeat effort.

  4. 04

    Power

Move with intent. Train explosive patterns, speed of movement and force production with control.

  5. 05

    Full body

Connect the pieces through compound movement and complete sessions that demand total body effort.

  6. 06

    Mobility + recovery

Restore range, reduce unnecessary tension and create room for the next hard training day.

TRAINING FORMATS

Choose how you work.

Different goals need different levels of attention. Move between independent training, focused coaching and performance work.

Personal training

One to one attention for people who want clearer structure, closer technique support and a programme shaped around a specific goal.

THE TAY STANDARD

Build a training routine you can repeat.

The environment matters because consistency is easier when the room itself expects something from you.

  • Black trainers, two orange resistance bands, a pair of lifting straps and two orange dumbbells laid out in a row on grey rubber gym tiles.

    01 / DISCIPLINE

    Show up

Progress starts with consistency. Build the habit before you chase the highlight.

  • A row of curved manual treadmills and rowing machines along a wall of full-height windows on a cardio floor.

    02 / WORK

    Put it in

Train with intent. The standard is not noise or ego. It is quality work repeated over time.

  • A weights floor with squat racks, an incline bench and a leg-press machine on black rubber tiles marked with yellow tape.

    03 / PROGRESS

    Move forward

Better movement, better strength, better capacity. Progress should be visible in what you can do.
